We’re looking for someone who likes numbers but is even more interested in what those numbers are telling us.
As our Finance & Commercial Manager, you’ll help us understand how the business is performing and make better decisions about where we’re going next.
This isn’t a traditional finance role where your contribution ends when the spreadsheet is finished.
We want someone who will eventually be able to sit around the table with us and say: “Here’s what I’m seeing. Here’s what I think it means. And here’s what I think we should be thinking about.”
You’ll help us understand things such as what we’re making money on, where we’re spending more than expected, what our cash position looks like and whether a new idea makes commercial sense.
You won’t be expected to arrive knowing how to do all of this.
We’re open to someone earlier in their finance career who has strong numerical ability, curiosity and commercial potential and wants the opportunity to develop into a broader finance and commercial role.
We’ll invest in helping the right person get there
