We’re looking for someone who is genuinely fascinated by how businesses and the people inside them actually work.
As our Business Insights Partner, you’ll help us understand an organisation properly before we start suggesting what it should change.
That means asking questions. Listening. Observing. Looking at information. Noticing patterns. And sometimes being willing to say: “I don’t think we understand this well enough yet.”
We don’t believe good consultancy starts by arriving with a predetermined solution. Two businesses can appear to have exactly the same problem and need completely different things.
You’ll work alongside the founders to explore what’s happening beneath the surface of an organisation and gradually develop the skills to turn what you’re seeing and hearing into useful, evidence-based insight.
Initially, you’ll be learning our approach and carrying out discovery and analysis alongside more experienced members of the team. As your judgement develops, you’ll take increasing responsibility for assessments, client conversations and recommendations.
You don’t need to arrive as an experienced business consultant.
We’re interested in people who are curious, thoughtful, observant, able to listen without immediately trying to fix things and excited by understanding why organisations behave the way they do. We’ll teach you how we apply that curiosity within consultancy
