Customer Excellence Adviser

Manage day-to-day client communication and support, from answering enquiries to coordinating appointments and
follow-ups, to help every client feel welcomed, informed, and well looked after.

About The Role

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people.

As a Customer Excellence Adviser, you’ll often be one of the first people someone speaks to at Partners in Profit and hopefully one of the reasons they enjoy working with us.

This isn’t about reading scripts, getting through as many enquiries as possible or trying to get someone off the phone quickly.

It’s about listening.

You’ll get to know our clients, help them find the right person when they need something and make sure they aren’t left wondering what’s happening next.

You’ll also take care of many of the practical details that make a relationship feel effortless; arranging appointments, helping new clients get started, keeping information up to date and following things through.

You don’t need to arrive knowing everything about consultancy or business. We’ll teach you that.

We’re much more interested in finding someone who is warm, reliable, organised and genuinely interested in other people.
