We’re looking for people who believe recruitment should be about more than getting somebody into a vacant seat as quickly as possible.
As a Talent Partner working alongside Partners in Profit, you’ll help our clients make one of the most important decisions they make: who they invite into their organisation.
You’ll work with clients to understand what they actually need, help shape the role they’re recruiting for and support a thoughtful recruitment process that gives both the organisation and the candidate a genuine opportunity to work out whether they’re right for each other.
Sometimes that will mean challenging the original brief.
We want Talent Partners who are comfortable asking: “What do you actually need this person to achieve?” rather than automatically advertising whatever specification they’re handed.
You’ll work independently on agreed client assignments while collaborating with the founders and wider Partners in Profit team where useful.
This isn’t traditional recruitment agency work driven by CV volume and placements at any cost. We’re much more interested in good decisions, good relationships and long-term fit.
